The Grid Collective

Real men. Real relationships.

LIFE WAS NEVER MEANT TO BE
NAVIGATED
ALONE.

Connecting men through small groups, camping, sports, Bible studies, and gatherings—where shared interests become meaningful relationships.

The right men. The right relationships. The right resources.

01

CONNECT

Build real relationships
with other men.

02

FIND RESOURCES

Connect with people and organizations
that can help.

03

GROW

Be challenged, encouraged,
and equipped.

04

MAKE AN IMPACT

Show up for your family,
your community, and one another.

YOU DON’T HAVE TO BE
FALLING APART TO NEED
OTHER MEN.

You show up. You work hard. You take care of the people who count on you.

But who do you call when you need perspective? Who knows what’s really going on? Who helps you become the man you want to be?

The Grid Collective is taking shape for the man doing too much of life on his own. A place to build deeper friendships, find common ground, and connect with men and resources that help him move forward.

You don’t have to be in crisis to need connection.

THE REASON IT STARTED

“I HAD A LOT OF
FRIENDSHIPS.
THEY JUST WEREN’T
VERY DEEP.”

DOUG GREEN / FOUNDER, THE GRID COLLECTIVE

“Earlier in my life, during my first marriage, things looked good from the outside. I owned a business. I had two boys, a large home, and plenty of people around me.”

“From the outside, nobody would have thought I needed anything.”

Relationships with other men changed the trajectory of Doug’s life. The Grid grows out of that experience: helping more men find relationships that go deeper than the surface.

PARTNER WITH THE GRID

BRINGING MEN TOGETHER?
LET’S CONNECT.

We’re looking to connect with organizations, group leaders, and men creating opportunities for connection across Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.

Small groups. Camping. Sports. Bible studies. Gatherings. Shared interests give men a place to start. Showing up together gives relationships room to grow.

Whether you already lead something or have an idea you’d like to get off the ground, we’d like to hear from you and explore how The Grid can help bring men together.
